- All rates are charged in EURO per night. Local tax charged separately: EURO 3.50 (during summer and winter)
- *Cottages: Electricity will be charged separately. Heating and hot water are powered by electricity. Due to the current price development on the energy market, we reserve the right to change the price for electricity consumption.
- Pets are welcome. Rate per pet per night without food: EUR 15.-
- New: 10% discount on early bookings until 60 days before arrival and minimum stay of 4 nights
Cancellation policy for winter 2022/2023 & summer 2023
- up to 30 days before arrival: free of charge!
- until 15 days before arrival: 40 %
- until 8 days before arrival: 70 %
- until after: 90 %
In case any of these situations arise, we can issue a voucher for your next stay, otherwise we will return the down-payment for your planned holiday here in Sölden.
In addition, you could simply change the date of your booking – free of any charge.
